THP Panayiotides Ltd is a professional services firm providing Audit, Accounting, Tax, Advisory and Business Consulting services to local and international clients. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Junior Auditor for our Audit Department in Nicosia.

 

The Role

 

The successful candidate will support the audit team in carrying out audit assignments and will receive training and guidance to develop their professional skills in audit and accounting.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of statutory audit assignments.
• Perform basic audit testing and documentation.
• Support the preparation of financial statements.
• Assist with KYC and client due diligence procedures.
• Communicate with clients to request and gather information.
• Work closely with senior auditors and managers on audit engagements.
• Support general administrative and audit-related tasks.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• ACCA trainee or interest in pursuing ACCA qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in audit or accounting (internships included).
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and ISA standards.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good command of the English language.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (flexible starting time between 07:00 and 09:00)
Friday: 08:00 – 13:30
