About the Role
The Junior Back Office supports the day-to-day operational functions of the company, ensuring that all client transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
This role involves assisting with transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate client account records. The Junior Back Office shall also perform KYC/AML checks, manages data entry in internal systems, and helps resolve operational discrepancies.
About the Company
We’re recruiting on behalf of a dynamic regulated Forex company seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join their Back Office Operations team. The company is known for delivering reliable financial solutions while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency, compliance, and client service. Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth transaction processing across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and accurately record client transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
- Assist with transaction confirmations and settlement procedures
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
- Maintain and update client account records and documentation
- Conduct KYC/AML verifications and ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date
- Enter and manage data in CRM system
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions or account balances
- Support compliance requirements and regulatory reporting obligations
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and summaries
- Provide prompt and efficient support to the Front Office on a daily basis
- Coordinate with Front Office, Compliance, and other internal departments
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all back-office records
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required
Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as Back Office or in a similar role
- Familiarity with CRM Platforms
- Good English skills
- Knowledge in CRM and KYC verification will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Front Office, Compliance, and other internal departments
- Work on-site in Limassol
