Job Overview

We are assisting a growing trading company in expanding their Dealing Team in Paphos.

The Junior Dealer will monitor pricing and order execution, interact with liquidity providers to secure the best pricing, and manage risk exposures within predefined limits. This role is ideal for analytical professionals who enjoy fast-paced trading environments and staying up to date with market trends.

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Daily management and monitoring of the Trading Platforms.
• Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters when needed.
• Reviewing client accounts upon requests relating to trading activity and/or platform performance and providing resolution for such inquiries.
• Executing client orders and assisting clients with inquiries.
• Monitoring exposure due to trading activity and provision of relevant reports when required.
• Following the relevant processes and procedures as per the Company’s internal operations manual and the applicable laws and directives.
• Keeping up to date with market information and preparation of market reports.
• Complying with internal company policies and procedures.
• Undertaking any other related tasks assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or other related field.
• Good knowledge of the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms.
• Good and proven understanding of the financial and capital markets will be considered a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems.
• Dynamic and flexible with strong attention to detail.
• Target-oriented, competitive, and success-driven.
• Team player.
• No prior experience required.
