Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Junior Dealer to join our Trading and Risk Monitoring team in Limassol.

What would be your responsibilities:
Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters.
Liaison with technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems.
Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitoring and analysing client’s trading activities and exposures.
Providing internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries.
Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to key stakeholders.
Keeping up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research.
What we require from you:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in financial markets, trading operations, and the financial services industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Good numerical and quantitative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork.
Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and industry regulations.
Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), including Public Holidays.
The following will be considered an advantage:
Previous experience in a brokerage, financial institution, fintech company, exchange, or data analysis-related role.
Knowledge of financial markets, including FX, CFDs, equities, commodities, or cryptocurrencies.
CySEC Basic or Advanced Certification.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II and Best Execution requirements.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
Knowledge of trade reconciliation, risk monitoring, or dealing operations.
