Requirements

• Recent graduate or postgraduate (or equivalent qualification)
• Fluent in English
• EU citizen or holder of a valid Cyprus work permit

We’re seeking motivated Junior Traders to join our team. As part of our intensive three-month training program, and working alongside our international team of experienced traders, you’ll gain the skills needed to trade independently and thrive.

• You will have to spot trading opportunities, and execute trades within a structured risk framework
• You will learn how to interpret news, price action, volume and volatility and control your risk
• In this position, it's all about patience, focus and also lightning-quick decision-making
• Vision, timing, knowledge and experience all comes together in this job
• Career Progression: Prove your skills, and advance to mid and senior level

Final selection process

In-office assessment in Larnaca — tests, trading simulations, group interaction and a final interview — so you get a real feel for the team and the job.
