About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in IT infrastructure and managed services. With a strong and expanding client base, they are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Officer to join their finance team and grow their career in accounting and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and organizing company documents, ensuring they are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and other customer-related documents under established procedures.
- Support the Accounting Department by coordinating documentation and assisting with invoice and payment processing.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, account balances, and statements in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare customer statements of account and payment information as requested.
- Assist in monitoring customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
- Verify the accuracy of customer information and financial records before processing.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of routine matters.
- Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- 1+ years of experience in finance, administration, customer service, or billing
- Advanced English
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles, customer account management.
- Strong document management and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
