Job Description

We are a software services company delivering solutions to clients across a range of industries — and we build the modern way: spec-driven development, AI-assisted engineering workflows, and a culture of continuous learning. You will be trained on our stack and processes, mentored by senior engineers, and work on real client projects from day one. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career developer who wants to start their career in an AI-native engineering team rather than a traditional one.

Key Responsibilities

• Build software the modern way: work with AI-assisted development tools as a core part of our engineering workflow, not an afterthought
• Work within our spec-driven development process, turning clear specifications into working features
• Build user interfaces using React or Vue.js with TypeScript
• Contribute to back-end services and APIs built with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications for our clients
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following our coding standards — and learn to critically review AI-generated code, not just accept it
• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and client project meetings
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
• Contribute to documentation of features, processes, and technical specifications
• Grow through our structured training program with a clear path from Junior to Mid-Level and beyond

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework or language (e.g. React, Vue, C#, Java) through studies, internships, or personal projects
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL
• Understanding of version control systems (Git preferred)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Good communication skills — you will interact with team members and, over time, with clients
• Fluency in English (Greek is a plus)

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Personal, academic, or internship projects demonstrating full stack development
• Exposure to .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) or Node.js
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design
• Awareness of REST APIs and how front-end and back-end communicate
• Any exposure to Agile/Scrum ways of working
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) in a thoughtful, productive way
