Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assisting with the administration of networks, servers and systems

·       Overseeing and managing computer systems and providing adequate support to systems’ users

·       Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, as well as handling technical issues that are related to hardware

·       Maintaining and upgrading systems

Candidate Profile:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in a related field

·       1-2 years of experience will be considered an advantage

·       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

·       Knowledge of T-SQL

·       Be able to simplify complex problems, processes, or projects

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Have integrity and conscientiousness

·       Have a growth mindset and innovative thinking

·       Fluent in Greek and English (both verbal and written)
