Job Description

Mission
Find, approach, win and onboard residential resale properties in Nicosia for M.Residence. You don't need to be a polished negotiator on day one — you need to be young, energetic, proactive and hungry to bring new listings into the business.

What you'll do

• Prospect daily in an assigned territory (e.g. Engomi, Strovolos, Acropolis, Lakatamia) — walking streets, checking expired/competitor listings, following referrals and leads
• Identify owners of potential resale properties and build a prospecting database in the CRM
• Approach and qualify owners: are they considering selling, when, at what price, and are they already listed elsewhere
• Once a listing is signed: take smartphone photos and collect all property details (bedrooms, m², floor, year built, price, etc.)
• Get the listing live in the CRM and coordinate with the marketing team for launch across the website, portals and social channels
• Go straight back into the field — this is a continuous prospecting funnel, not a one-off task

You are
Young, energetic, extremely proactive, a good communicator, persistent, organised, comfortable using CRM/mobile tools, and happy spending most of the day outdoors. A university student or recent graduate is ideal — we're hiring for energy and activity, not years of experience.
