Junior Marketing Executive

The Junior Marketing Executive supports the marketing team in the execution of marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the achievement of the company’s marketing objectives. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, brand, content, digital and commercial.
FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Marketing Execution & Coordination
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives across all properties
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Events) to ensure timely execution of marketing activities
- Support the preparation of marketing calendars and promotional plans
- Monitor timelines across multiple streams and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Assist in maintaining inventory and conducting regular stock counts of promotional giveaways and corporate gifts to ensure accurate tracking and timely availability.
Brand & Content Support
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials, channels, touchpoints and communications
- Take part in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners where required
- Support content updates across digital platforms (website, newsletters, social media)
- Create and adapt marketing assets including presentations, press releases, newsletters content
Campaign Support & Reporting
- Assist in the ideation, planning and execution of seasonal promotions, offers, and campaigns
- Track basic campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
- Support the team in analysing results and identifying areas for improvement
- Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking deliverables and basic campaign performance metrics to support reporting
Public Relations & Partnerships Support
- Assist in coordinating PR activities such as press releases, media visits, and events
- Maintain media and partner contact lists
- Support collaboration with local partners, influencers, and stakeholders
CRM & Customer Engagement
- Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns (email marketing, loyalty initiatives)
- Support database updates and segmentation activities
- Help prepare targeted communications to enhance customer engagement
Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Prepare summaries and insights to support the marketing team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience working with or briefing design and creative teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Familiarity with marketing tools, basic analytics and social media platforms is an advantage
REMUNERATION:
An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
