Key Responsibilities

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across content creation, digital marketing, and business operations. The candidate must be based in Cyprus or Greece.

Marketing & Content Support

• Assist in drafting and editing content for social media, newsletters, and website updates
• Help maintain and execute the content calendar
• Support basic research for marketing campaigns and industry topics
• Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across materials

Website & Digital Support

• Upload and update content on the company website (blogs, news, visuals)
• Assist in making simple edits and checking for accuracy
• Flag any issues or improvements to the team

Social Media Support

• Schedule and publish posts (primarily LinkedIn)
• Monitor engagement and notify the team of activity
• Help track basic performance metrics

Event & Logistics Coordination

• Support the organization of webinars, conferences, and internal initiatives
• Assist with registrations, attendee lists, and coordination with vendors
• Help prepare materials and follow-up communications

Administrative & Back Office Support

• Maintain and update contact lists and internal documents
• Support CRM updates and basic data entry
• Assist with general administrative tasks and coordination across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (internships or academic projects are welcome)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / Canva
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Nice to Have

• Exposure to website tools (e.g., WordPress)
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
• Interest in B2B marketing or professional services
