We’re currently looking for a Junior Reconciliation Officer to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will support daily client money reconciliations, assist in preparing key financial reports, and contribute to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data. What You’ll Do

  • Assist with daily client money reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of daily balance reports for all banks and PSPs
  • Help produce monthly reports related to balances, losses, charges, and chargebacks
  • Investigate discrepancies and support resolution processes, liaising internally and externally when needed
  • Provide reconciliation-related information to management and internal stakeholders
  • Organize your workload efficiently and support the team when required

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in finance operations (internship experience will be considered an advantage)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Filtering/Sorting, COUNT, SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP, CRM, Methods Reconciliation software, and MT4 will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and produce accurate results
  • Team player with good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
