Job Description

• Provide support to Sales Team from leads generated by social media
• Assisting with the distribution of Marketing Material to Agents, Associates and Customers
• Manage incoming calls for the sales department
• Scheduling viewings for Sales Team
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
• Coordinate office meetings and appointments
• Handle customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representatives

Requirements:

• Fluency in Greek and English
