Job Description
- Provide support to Sales Team from leads generated by social media
- Assisting with the distribution of Marketing Material to Agents, Associates and Customers
- Manage incoming calls for the sales department
- Scheduling viewings for Sales Team
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
- Coordinate office meetings and appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representatives
Requirements:
- Fluency in Greek and English
