We’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions, including support for new international IT Hubs. This role involves sourcing top talent, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What does the job look like?

 

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer / TA Coordinator will have the opportunity to:

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and other channels
• Screen applications and support initial candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support job postings
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on open roles
• Proactively support pipeline building and identify potential candidates

 

What will you need to be able to do the job?

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
• Strong communication, coordination, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities across regions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is considered an big advantage
