We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing Kids & Teen Club Agent to join our luxury resort’s kids club, ensuring exceptional service while providing a unique, creative, and fun experience for children.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the seamless operation of the Kids Club within the hotel
• Address inquiries promptly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with the team
• Communicate directly with parents of children attending the club before their arrival and during their stay to facilitate a smooth transition
• Ensure that all on-site health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments are current and operational
• Design and deliver an engaging, dynamic program of activities
• Be proactive and imaginative

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate or Diploma in Childcare/NVQ Childcare Qualification/Social Care
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Strong computer skills
• Caring and passionate about working with children
• Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
• Effective communicator who is adaptable, resourceful, and patient
• Pleasant, friendly and discreet personality
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
