About the Position

Analysis Laboratory is seeking a motivated, responsible and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our growing laboratory team in Limassol.

The successful candidate will contribute to daily laboratory operations, performing laboratory analyses and ensuring accuracy, reliability and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing and analyses.
• Receive, prepare, process and handle laboratory samples.
• Assist with clinical, biochemical, haematological and microbiological laboratory procedures, according to qualifications and training.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Perform internal quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), laboratory safety protocols and quality management requirements.
• Support the efficient daily operation of the laboratory.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related scientific field.
• Previous laboratory experience will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment and safety procedures.
• Experience in microbiology will be considered an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 15189 and ISO 17025 standards is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in Greek and English.
