Job Description

We are a leading law firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, specializing in corporate and commercial matters of law and all related and ancillary fields. Our practice focuses on corporate & commercial law, property, mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, and the niche of financial services — advising on the regulatory, corporate, and commercial aspects concerning investment firms, insurance companies, alternative investment funds, and other regulated entities.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be actively involved in the daily practice of our team and it is expected to:

· Handle matters across corporate law, commercial law, property law, and employment law;

· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents in these areas;

· Assist in M&A, corporate restructuring, and cross-border transactions;

· Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, advices and reports;

· Advise clients on compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements;

· Prepare and file documents with relevant registries and authorities; and

· Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

· Law degree from a reputable university; Licence from the Cyprus Bar Association;

· 1-3 years of experience;

· Fluency in both Greek and English (spoken and written);

· Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail; and

Working hours: 

Monday -Thursday 09:00-18:00

Friday 09:00-15:00
