Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and commercially minded Lawyer to join our growing law firm in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to local and international clients.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Handle corporate, commercial and transactional matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Assist with company incorporations, corporate restructuring and ongoing corporate administration.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate legal matters from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Cyprus and EU legislation.
• Experience in Litigation will be considered an advantage. 

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognised university.
• Qualified lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Previous experience in corporate, commercial or transactional law will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters independently.
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Professionalism, commercial awareness and a client-oriented approach.
