SOL Properties is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Lawyer to join our Advisory Department in Limassol.
About the Role: The successful candidate will join a dynamic team handling complex real estate transactions and property development projects across Cyprus, advising individual and institutional clients — including developers, financial institutions, and investment funds.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in real estate, contract law, or banking & finance law
Proven experience drafting and negotiating:
Sale & Purchase Agreements
Lease Agreements
Land Development & Construction Contracts
Property Management and related agreements
Experience in property due diligence, land registration procedures, and advising on title, planning, and zoning issues
Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions
Conduct property due diligence for acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets
Advise clients on land ownership, title registration, and regulatory compliance
Provide strategic legal advice on real estate investments and project structuring
Prepare legal opinions and correspondence on property and commercial law matters
Assist in negotiations and finalisation of real estate transactions
Conduct legal research and remain up to date on Cyprus real estate law developments
Liaise with clients, firm associates, government authorities, and other organisations in Cyprus and abroad
