CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading real estate development and construction company with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Leasing Officer to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Leasing Officer, you will be managing the short-term rental portfolio, maximizing occupancy and revenue, handling guest inquiries and bookings, managing reservations and rental agreements, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Our client is seeking applicants with prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the short-term rental sector, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo. You will need to be fluent in both Greek and English, and be a confident user of Microsoft Office applications and property management software. A competitive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage leasing activities and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Conduct property tours and communicate with prospective guests.
• Manage reservations, availability calendars, and rental agreements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guest communications and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with property manager, housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
• Monitor occupancy and pricing to support revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate booking records and prepare basic performance reports.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals.
• Experience with short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo).   
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek language, oral and written
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
