Job Description

Elina Almanova Law Office, a well-established law company based in Paphos, is looking for a Legal PA to work directly alongside our Managing Lawyer on a minimum two-year contract.

We advise clients both in Cyprus and abroad on a wide range of legal matters, from relocation, residence and immigration to property transactions, company formation and inheritance.

The Role

Acting as the Managing Lawyer’s right hand, you will provide comprehensive PA support and work closely with her to keep both her professional and personal life running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a demanding diary, coordinating meetings and appointments
• Overseeing the inbox and handling all correspondence on the Managing Lawyer’s behalf
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date files and records
• Accompanying the Managing Lawyer to meetings
• Taking care of personal arrangements, such as medical appointments and school-related matters

About You

• Fluent in English and Russian; Greek would be a distinct advantage
• Holder of a valid driving licence
• Able to stay calm, juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Willing to travel when required
• Highly responsible, discreet and dependable

Working Hours and Terms

• Full-time, office-based in Paphos
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30–16:00, including a lunch break
• Friday: 8:30–13:00
• A flexible approach is essential, as you may need to be reachable outside office hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Minimum two-year contract
