About the role

Job Description:

·  We are looking for friendly and customer-focused Leisure Assistant to join our team in Akrotiri. This role is looking for work in a welcoming environment supporting café and bar operations while delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

·         Deliver friendly and professional customer service

·         Prepare and serve hot and cold food and beverages, including Costa Coffee.

·         Support basic food preparation activities

·         Operate tills and handle cash in line with company procedures

·         Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

·         Assist with stock rotation and stock control

·         Follow food safety and health & safety procedures at all times

·         Work as part of a supportive team

What You Bring:

·         Previous experience (preferable but not essential) in hospitality, café, bar or customer service roles

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Positive attitude and strong team-working skills.

·         Basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety

·         Good spoken and written English

·         Basic gross salary € 892.86 + C.O.L.A.

·         Provident Fund with 7% employer contribution

·         13th  salary after completion of 3 months service

·         Enhanced overtime rate for Sunday working.

·         Flexible morning or evening working shifts three times per week, with scope for additional hours.
