Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft load sheets in accordance with airline and regulatory requirements.
• Calculate aircraft weight and balance to ensure the safe operation of every flight.
• Coordinate closely with Ramp Operations, Passenger Services, Flight Crew and airline representatives.
• Monitor passenger, baggage, cargo and mail loading to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute operational flight documentation.
• Maintain communication with airlines and operational departments throughout the aircraft turnaround.
• Assist the Operations Department by handling telephone calls, emails and general administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, airline standards and aviation safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Management team.

Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in aviation or ground handling will be considered an advantage.
• Previous Load Control experience and/or IATA Load Control training will be considered a strong advantage.
