Customer Sales & Service Agent ( Nicosia )

 

We are looking for Customer Sales & Service Agents to join our Emirates team in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities:

 ·         Provide exceptional customer service to Emirates Airline clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

·         Manage reservations, ticketing, and booking inquiries with attention to detail.

·         Assist customers with a range of services, offering solutions in a timely and effective manner.

 

We’re Looking for Candidates Who Are:

 ·        Highly motivated, with a strong drive to succeed.

·         Self-starters who can take initiative and work independently.

·         Excellent communicators, both in English and Greek (spoken and written), with strong organizational skills.

·         Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

·         Problem-solvers who can handle challenges with confidence and composure.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and willing to quickly learn new systems.

·         Capable of thriving under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.

·         Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         IATA qualification or an accredited qualification in travel/aviation.

·         A university degree in a related field.

·         Previous experience in the travel, aviation, or customer service industries.

·         Familiarity with global distribution systems or aviation-related technologies.
