Key Responsibilities

• Assist local and international customers with vehicle rental reservations and enquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prepare rental agreements and advise customers on rental rates, policies, vehicle options, and optional extras based on their individual needs.
• Promote and sell additional products and services to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sixt products, services, and current promotions.
• Meet established sales and customer service performance standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and bookings via telephone, email, and online channels in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
• Assist with vehicle returns and turnaround procedures as required.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, efficiently, and with a customer-first approach.
• Complete administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned to support operational requirements.

 

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude towards sales and customer interaction.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driving licence with a minimum of one year's driving experience and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Willingness to work a six-day rotating shift schedule.

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the vehicle rental industry.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
