Call Centre Agents
Job Description
We are looking for Call Centre Agents that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The Call Centre Agent duties include handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and recommending products/services that meet customers’ requirements.
In essence, they are responsible for ensuring that every customer receives prompt, accurate, and courteous service.

- Working 5 days/40 hours a week, with shift patterns up to 10pm. We operate from 09:30am – 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products/services that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to drive sales and improve customer journey.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, promotions, and policies.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential—we provide full training!
- Must be eligible to work in Cyprus.
