Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ‘Logistics Manager’ to lead and optimize end-to-end aviation maintenance logistics operations within a Part-145 approved environment, ensuring efficient support of Line and Base Maintenance activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities to support Line Maintenance and Base Maintenance checks.
• Optimize MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) workflows, focusing on minimizing "Aircraft on Ground" (AOG) time through predictive sourcing.
• Manage the global aviation aftermarket strategy, including Part Exchanges, Loans, and Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) agreements.

 

Logistics Manager shall have:

1.     Comprehensive knowledge of:

• Relevant parts of EASA implementing rules and updates and in particular Part 145 Regulation requirements
• The organization’s MOE procedures concerning Component, Materials, Parts, &
  Tooling.
• Principles on Compliance Monitoring & Safety Procedures.
• Human factor principles.

 2.     Attended training on:

• SMS Implementation.
• Dangerous Goods Handling (DGR Certified: Comprehensive knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations for air and ground transport as well as DGR material storage)

 3.     Experience on warehousing and storage control of parts/components/consumables and tools, and logistics activities

 4.     Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Part 145 environment (Preferably Stores)
