Machine Operator
Job Description
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to operate production machinery to manufacture a variety of pharmaceutical products in accordance with approved Batch Manufacturing Records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate pharmaceutical production machinery and carry out manufacturing and packaging processes, including weighing, mixing, coating, tableting, and granulation, in accordance with approved procedures.
- Check and ensure that products comply with established quality and specification standards throughout production activities.
- Perform cleaning procedures for pharmaceutical production equipment and facilities in line with relevant SOPs.
- Execute and complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and logbooks accurately and in a timely manner based on ALCOA+ principles.
- Carry out machine changeovers in accordance with approved instructions.
- Ensure that all departmental operations comply with established regulations and guidelines, including SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the line manager
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School or Technical School leaving certificate
- At least 1 year of relevant experience will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a production team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Good command of the Greek and English language
- Basic familiarity with equipment systems or maintenance logs

Salary Range:
Minimum Pay: 18,749.00 EUR gross annually
Maximum Pay: 24,999.00 EUR gross annually
