Guest Service: Respond promptly and attend to guest repair requests. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.
System Operations: Understand, operate, and maintain advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
Digital Task Management: Monitoring, receiving, and updating maintenance requests through the resort's Property Management System (PMS) and the resort's dedicated Mobile Application. Ensuring all tasks are updated with relevant remarks immediately upon completion.
Documentation: Update maintenance work order forms and job cards, and file them accurately according to protocol.
Technical Diagnostics: Ability to read and interpret readings from meters, gauges, and other measuring units. Ability to safely operate and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
Villa Maintenance: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities inside guest villas (e.g., plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, and servicing electrical equipment, lamps, air conditioners/HVAC systems, and AC ducts).
Public Areas: Perform general maintenance in the resort's public areas, including plumbing, electrical equipment, hardware repairs, and cosmetic touch-ups.
Reporting: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or the Chief Engineer.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
Languages: Fluency in both English and Greek is required.
Tech Literacy: Experience with hotel management software/PMS and comfort utilizing smart mobile applications for task tracking is a distinct advantage.
Eligibility: EU citizens (valid work permit).

Salary: €1,300 – €1,750 gross per month (depending on experience).
Working Schedule: 6 days per week (8.5 hours daily).
