REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years working experience in similar position (Hotels, Property Management)
- Very good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical installations
- Positive attitude, a willingness to learn and good work ethic
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Interact well with other team members and accept direction from mor senior staff
EU citizen or EU work permit holder
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning
- Maintaining the rooms in hotel and pools
- Monitor and inspect plant system for normal operation
Display solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks
