The Flightstore Ltd. is a travel company based in Limassol, Cyprus, specialising in marine travel. We arrange worldwide flights for ship crews and support our clients with bookings, rebookings and last-minute travel changes. Personal service, reliable coordination and prompt assistance, including outside normal office hours, are central to our work.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marine Travel Operator, currently residing in Cyprus, who is available to join our team at short notice.
Key Responsibilities
Independently plan and book worldwide flights for ship crews.
Prepare flight quotations and select suitable connections and fares.
Issue tickets and process rebookings and refunds using Amadeus.
Provide professional support to clients and liaise with airlines.
Handle urgent travel changes promptly and efficiently.
Participate in a weekly rotating out-of-hours on-call rota with colleagues.
Requirements
Several years of marine travel experience are essential.
Strong, independent working knowledge of Amadeus, including ticket issuance, rebookings and refunds.
Additional corporate travel experience will be considered an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
A high level of accuracy, responsibility and commitment to customer service.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm when plans change at short notice.
A collaborative team player with a proactive and reliable approach.
Current residence in Cyprus and availability to start at short notice.
