Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive professional for a multi-functional role combining:
Marketing & Digital Marketing
Event Coordination
Gallery Management
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the company’s digital presence, managing client inquiries, supporting the day-to-day operations of our Gallery, and contributing to the successful planning and execution of events.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital Presence
Manage and develop the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) from events, gallery activities, and daily operations
Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and promotions
Monitor messages and convert interest into qualified leads and event inquiries
Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image and online presence
Event Coordination Support
Handle incoming event inquiries via email, phone, and social media
Prepare event proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
Coordinate with internal teams: Chef, Head of Bar, Waiter Manager, Storeroom, Decorators and external partners
Support the smooth planning and execution of events
Gallery Management
Assist with the day-to-day management and promotion of the Gallery, including artwork coordination, client inquiries, and exhibition support.
Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in Greek and English
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with social media management and basic digital marketing principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Considered an Advantage but not a Requirement
Experience in event coordination, catering, hospitality, or gallery operations
Certification or training in Digital Marketing
Experience managing professional social media accounts
