Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive professional for a multi-functional role combining:
- Marketing & Digital Marketing
- Event Coordination
- Gallery Management
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the company’s digital presence, managing client inquiries, supporting the day-to-day operations of our Gallery, and contributing to the successful planning and execution of events.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital Presence
- Manage and develop the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) from events, gallery activities, and daily operations
- Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor messages and convert interest into qualified leads and event inquiries
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image and online presence
Event Coordination Support
- Handle incoming event inquiries via email, phone, and social media
- Prepare event proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams: Chef, Head of Bar, Waiter Manager, Storeroom, Decorators and external partners
- Support the smooth planning and execution of events
Gallery Management
- Assist with the day-to-day management and promotion of the Gallery, including artwork coordination, client inquiries, and exhibition support.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with social media management and basic digital marketing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Considered an Advantage but not a Requirement
- Experience in event coordination, catering, hospitality, or gallery operations
- Certification or training in Digital Marketing
- Experience managing professional social media accounts
