Exclusive Catering is a leading catering company based in Nicosia, specializing in high-end culinary services for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive professional for a multi-functional role combining:

  • Marketing & Digital Marketing
  • Event Coordination
  • Gallery Management

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the company’s digital presence, managing client inquiries, supporting the day-to-day operations of our Gallery, and contributing to the successful planning and execution of events.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Presence

  • Manage and develop the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) from events, gallery activities, and daily operations
  • Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor messages and convert interest into qualified leads and event inquiries
  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image and online presence

Event Coordination Support

  • Handle incoming event inquiries via email, phone, and social media
  • Prepare event proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams: Chef, Head of Bar, Waiter Manager, Storeroom, Decorators and external partners
  • Support the smooth planning and execution of events

Gallery Management

  • Assist with the day-to-day management and promotion of the Gallery, including artwork coordination, client inquiries, and exhibition support.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with social media management and basic digital marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Considered an Advantage but not a Requirement

  • Experience in event coordination, catering, hospitality, or gallery operations
  • Certification or training in Digital Marketing
  • Experience managing professional social media accounts
