Marketing Executive, Nicosia – ME/11/26
On behalf of our client, a company operating in the IT and technology industry, we are seeking to recruit a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join their Sales & Marketing Department in Nicosia. The successful candidate will support B2B marketing activities, strengthen the company’s brand presence and contribute to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social media and email channels.
• Develop lead generation initiatives and manage organic and paid activities, including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing activities with business development objectives.

Content & Brand Management

• Develop content for the website, social media, newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare marketing and sales materials and coordinate visual content in line with the company’s brand identity.
• Translate technical product information into clear marketing messages and coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external partners.

Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and target audiences within the enterprise technology sector.
• Analyse campaign and customer engagement results and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Website Management

• Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, including landing pages, news and blog content.
• Apply SEO best practices and monitor website performance using GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Coordinate with external website providers when technical support is required.

Events & Partnerships

• Assist with events, exhibitions, trade shows, webinars and promotional activities.
• Coordinate event communications and work with vendors, distributors and business partners on joint marketing initiatives.
• Support the Sales team in maximising opportunities generated through events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably within the technology industry, with experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, B2B communication, social media and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, SEO and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Ability to create professional marketing content using Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong organisational, project coordination and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creativity, attention to detail, brand awareness and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with sales, technical teams and external partners.

Remuneration / Benefits

• Annual gross salary of €28,000–€36,000, inclusive of the 13th salary.
