On behalf of our client, a well-established and respected sports organization based in Larnaca, DART Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships, managing sponsorship agreements, and contributing to the growth and visibility of a leading sports organization.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing existing sponsorship partnerships, identifying new commercial opportunities, overseeing sponsorship agreements, and ensuring the successful execution of all contractual commitments. The successful candidate will also represent the organization during home matches, maintaining excellent relationships with sponsors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and commercial partners.
• Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities to support the organization's commercial growth.
• Prepare sponsorship agreements, contracts, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate closely with the Accounting Department to ensure sponsorship agreements are properly implemented and invoiced.
• Monitor sponsorship benefits and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors during home matches and official events.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for sponsors and business partners.
• Maintain accurate records of sponsorship agreements, renewals, and commercial activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize sponsor exposure and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sponsorship Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experience preparing commercial agreements and contracts.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Availability to attend home matches and events when required.
