About the role
We are looking for someone to own marketing at Zygos. This is an owner and operator role. You decide what gets done next, you do most of it yourself, and you bring in outside help where it makes sense.
You will be the person marketing runs through. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Management inside the company, and with agencies, freelancers, and partners outside it.
Our clients are lawyers, accountants, and corporate service providers in several international financial centers around the world. It is a specific niche, and the marketing that works here is a bit different. You will need to be curious, test a lot, and be comfortable when something does not work the first time.
What this role is not
We want to be clear, so you do not waste your time or ours.
It is not a people management role. There is no team reporting to you, at least not for now. You manage projects, budgets, and outside partners.
It is not a strategy only role. You will set direction, then go and do it yourself.
It is not a role with a readymade playbook. You must take initiative and build new systems wherever it makes sense.
What you will do
Own the marketing plan and decide where our time and budget go each quarter.
Run our current marketing tech stack, connecting tools like Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, and HubSpot into one system that works.
Design and run outbound campaigns end to end, from building the list to writing the sequence.
Keep our CRM data clean and trustworthy so Sales can rely on it.
Run our paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, and improve them based on what the numbers say.
Own our website and our SEO and AEO work, so the right firms find us when they go looking.
Work with the Product team to turn new releases into launches that clients and prospects actually notice.
Manage our agencies, designers, and freelancers, and hold them to a clear brief and a clear result.
Plan our presence at conferences and events, including materials, messaging, and the follow up campaigns that come after.
Travel with us to a few of these each year to see our market up close.
Experience using AI tools to move faster and automate processes is important.
Who you are
You have around 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, growth, demand generation, or a similar area. What you have done matters far more to us than how long you have done it.
You use AI tools every day and you are always looking for a better way to use them. This is not a nice extra for us, it is central to how the role works.
You are a generalist by nature. You would rather learn a new corner of marketing than stay in one lane.
You are comfortable with tools and systems. You do not need to be a developer, but connecting two platforms with an automation should excite you rather than worry you.
You are professionally fluent in English and Greek.
You are comfortable with numbers, and you use them to decide what to do next.
You take ownership without being asked and you are not afraid of the parts of the job you have never done before.
