Playground in Limassol is looking for an energetic, organised and commercially minded Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of our children’s party and events venue.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating memorable experiences, enjoys working with children and families and has the confidence to manage a team and run a busy venue.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of Playground
• Leading, training and coordinating the team and staff rotas
• Managing birthday parties, private events, classes and special events
• Handling bookings and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish
• Acting as the main point of contact for parents and customers
• Managing customer enquiries, requests and complaints
• Coordinating suppliers, entertainers, decorations, catering and party packages
• Supporting branding, marketing, PR and social media activities
• Building relationships with schools, nurseries, hotels, companies and local communities
• Monitoring sales, stock and overall business performance
• Preparing budgets, forecasts and regular operational reports
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, security, health & safety and customer service
• Developing collaborations, pop-ups and new opportunities for the venue

Working Schedule
The standard schedule is approximately 30 hours per week.
Hours may vary depending on events and operational requirements.
