TIOmarkets is a global multi-regulated Forex and CFD broker with registered entities
in Cyprus, the UK and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. We are a growing and
ambitious company that provides access to global financial markets through our
online trading platforms.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a central role in driving lead generation, brand growth, and client
acquisition through coordinated campaign execution. You’ll work closely with the
Chief Marketing Officer to bring strategy to life, aligning paid media, content, email,
SEO, and design into coherent campaigns that deliver results.

Main duties and responsibilities:

● Plan, create, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across paid,
organic, email, and other content channels.
● Oversee campaign timelines, briefs, and deliverables, ensuring cross-functional
alignment.
● Coordinate tasks across internal specialists (SEO, Email, Video, Design) and
external freelancers/agencies
● Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer on strategy and resource
prioritization
● Track campaign performance and optimise their effectiveness
● Ensure campaign assets are QA’d and launched on time
● Support the team in improving marketing efficiency and delivery standards

Key Attributes

● 2–5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in forex or fintech.
● Proven ability to plan, manage and execute in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent organizational and communication skills.
● Solid understanding of paid media, email, content, and SEO.
● Proficiency with tools like Semrush, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Jira, Google Analytics
● Data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing performance metrics and drawing
insights.
● Fluent in English (written and verbal);
