At PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, passion for great coffee, and a drive for results. We are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager for Caffè Nero to join our dynamic team and lead the brand's marketing strategy in Cyprus.
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Caffè Nero. You will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, drive brand growth, support new product launches, and create meaningful customer experiences across all touchpoints. Working closely with store teams, international franchise partners, agencies, and suppliers, you will ensure the brand remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with Caffè Nero's values and standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across local, national, and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and effective implementation.
Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning activities with business objectives and brand priorities.
Collaborate with Caffè Nero international partners to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and leverage global initiatives locally.
Support product development and oversee new product launches, from planning through execution and post-campaign evaluation.
Identify local marketing opportunities and drive store-level initiatives, including events, activations, promotions, and community partnerships.
Visit stores regularly to evaluate the customer experience and ensure consistent brand standards and visual identity.
Manage external agencies, suppliers, PR partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing activities.
Oversee digital marketing channels, including website content, online menus, Google listings, social media, and e-commerce initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Analyse sales performance and campaign results, preparing reports and recommendations to guide future marketing plans.
Manage the brand's marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager, preferably within food industry, hospitality, retail, coffee, or FMCG industries.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across departments.
Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Creative mindset with experience in brand development, campaign planning, and content creation.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing platforms.
