Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of our marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in promoting the La Mer Homes brand, generating leads, enhancing online presence, and supporting the company's growth through effective marketing campaigns and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support the management of the company's social media presence and online reputation.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external partners to produce marketing content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and social media analytics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in organizing events, property launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and content libraries.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business objectives and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for marketing and branding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
