Job Description
CK Restaurants System Franchisers is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist to join our team in Nicosia.
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing initiatives and brand campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand visibility, and business growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to execute marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, create engaging content, monitor performance, and support brand communication across multiple channels. The role requires a balance of creativity, project management, analytical thinking, and strong understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives
- Coordinate and manage social media calendars, campaign rollouts, and digital activations in collaboration with external agencies
- Create engaging digital content including captions, short-form videos, stories, photography, and trend-based content for social media platforms
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and local store marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with external agencies, suppliers, influencers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing communication channels
- Stay up to date with digital trends, competitor activity, and emerging platform opportunities
- Assist in community management and customer engagement across digital platforms
- Support additional marketing and brand initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, social media management, or brand marketing
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content creation, and marketing strategy execution
- Experience coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong understanding of current digital trends
- Basic photography, video editing, or content creation skills are considered an advantage
- Experience working with creative or digital agencies is considered a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and digital reporting tools is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be considered an advantage
