About the Role

The successful candidate will have a combined technical and commercial role, with responsibility for the development, design, quotation, implementation and technical support of HVAC projects, from the initial stage through commissioning and after-sales support.

The role involves close collaboration with customers, mechanical consultants, engineering firms, contractors, installers, developers and international manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications for HVAC projects.
• Design and select appropriate HVAC systems and equipment.
• Support applications involving VRF/VRV, Chillers, Heat Pumps, FCU, AHU and Ventilation systems.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations and technical submissions.
• Use equipment design and selection tools such as Samsung DVM-Pro and S-NET Pro.
• Provide technical support to partners and installers during project implementation.
• Manage technical enquiries, changes and troubleshooting in cooperation with manufacturers.
• Monitor projects, orders and deliveries through the internal BIQ system.
• Communicate and coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers.
• Support import and compliance procedures, including the F-Gas Portal.
• Support commissioning, start-up, warranty and after-sales processes.
• Provide technical information and training to partners and installers.
• Monitor market developments, new technologies and competitors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in Sales Engineering, Application Engineering or Technical Support.
• Good knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Very good command of Greek and English.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Samsung HVAC / DVM or similar VRF systems.
• Knowledge of DVM-Pro / S-NET Pro.
• Experience in HVAC commissioning and start-up.
• Experience with HVAC imports and F-Gas procedures.
• Experience in technical quotations, project coordination and supplier management.
• Experience with BMS or other HVAC control systems.
