Γραμματέας Ιατρείου

Η κλινική εξωσωματικής γονιμοποίησης Πεδιαίος (Pedieos IVF Center) ψάχνει να προσλάβει έμπειρο άτομο για τη θέση Γραμματέα Ιατρείου.

Απαραίτητα:

• Γνώση καλής Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (Προφορικά και Γραπτά) είναι απαραίτητη. Η γνώση επιπρόσθετης γλώσσας είναι επιπλέον προσόν.

Υπευθυνότητες:

• Διαχείριση της υποδοχής του ιατρείου.
• Διαχείριση τηλεφωνημάτων.
• Διαχείριση ραντεβού στο Google Calendar.
• Πέρασμα αναλύσεων και θεραπείες στο ΓΕΣΥ.
• Διαμοιρασμό μηνυμάτων στο υπόλοιπο προσωπικό της κλινικής.
• Χρήση Gmail.
• Αρχειοθέτηση και δημιουργία αντίτυπων.
• Εξυπηρέτηση ασθενών και ενημέρωση των φακέλων τους.
• Υποστήριξη και βοήθεια στο υπόλοιπο προσωπικό της κλινικής στα καθημερινά καθήκοντα.
• Διαχείριση πληρωμών από ασθενείς.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα και εμπειρία:

• Γνώση στο σύστημα του ΓΕΣΥ ή παρόμιο σύστημα και εμπειρία στον ιατρικό τομέα είναι επιθυμητή. 
• Ικανότητα να εργάζεται διακριτικά με τους ασθενείς λόγω φύσης του επαγγέλματος.
• Καλή οργάνωση.
• Γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (Προφορικά και Γραπτά).
• Πολή καλη γνώση Ηλεκτρονικών Υπολογιστών (Word, Excel, CRM system).
• Διαχείριση απαιτήσεων από ασθενείς με διακριτικό τρόπο.

Ωράριο:

• Ώρες εργασίας 40 τη βδομάδα. 
• Δύο Σάββατα τον μήνα (πρωί μόνο)

We are looking for a highly motivated and efficient Medical Secretary at our office in Nicosia. 

 

Mandatory to be considered:

• Fluent in Greek and English in writing, reading and speaking. Additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming people in the reception area with a positive attitude and making them feel comfortable.
• Answer phone calls.
• Booking and managing appointments on Google calendar.
• Entering lab tests, medicine and therapies in the GESY system.
• Taking notes from phone calls and passing them on to the appropriate department. 
• Sending and receiving emails on Gmail. 
• Filing, making copies and updating patient records. 
• Supporting the rest of the team on their daily duties. 
• Ordering supplies for the office and making sure the place looks neat. 
• Dealing with payments from patients, suppliers and other sources.  

Basic requirements and past experience: 

• Knowledge of GESY system and previous work experience in the medical industry are desired.
• Must be able to multitask. 
• Be capable of being discreet with patients since it is a sensitive and private topic.  
• Be extremely organised. 
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Very good at Microsoft word, Excel and other computer software. 
• Deal with customers’ demands in a calm and respectful manner. 

Work Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Two Saturdays per month (morning only)
