We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our core engineering team. You will work directly alongside our Lead Developer to architect, build, and scale our entire suite of web applications from our complex analytics platform to future consumer-facing products.
This is not a junior role. We need a hands-on builder who can take a feature from an abstract idea to a deployed production environment without constant supervision. You will be expected to actively write production code daily and help set the technical standard for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: detailed responsibility for features across the stack (Database → API → Frontend). You build it, you ship it, you run it.
Production-Grade Coding: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. You will help establish best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
System Architecture: Make decisions on database schema design, API structure, and state management strategies.
Versatility: Seamlessly switch contexts between optimizing complex SQL queries for our BI dashboard and refining UI interactions for marketing assets.
Problem Solving: Debug complex issues across the stack and optimize application performance.
Requirements
Location:Must already reside in Larnaca, Cyprus (or commuting distance). We do not offer relocation packages.
Work Setup: This is a Hybrid role requiring regular presence at our Larnaca HQ for collaboration. No fully remote options.
Experience: 3+ years of professional Full Stack development experience.
Core Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript within a modern ecosystem (Node.js + React/Vue/Next.js).
Backend & DB: Solid experience designing RESTful APIs and managing databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
DevOps Awareness: Comfort with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).
