Minthis is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and friendly Fitness Instructor to join our growing team of people.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the development and delivery of fitness programs. 

• Assist members in reaching individual goals. 

• Assist in maintaining and improving the goals of the organization. 

• Ensure the safety of clients during training sessions. 

• Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely. 

• Always to perform a check-up of the workout area to ensure that the clients of the day/class see all areas in a presentable manner and ready for the next clients. 

• Ensure that all fitness equipment are working properly. If there is an issue with any of the equipment, to be reported to the Head of Function. 

• Handle nutrition and health-related questions. 

• Carry out First Aid and CPR, if needed. 

• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines. 

• To perform other duties in the SPA environment as and when requested.

Requirements:

• University degree in Sports Science and physical Education.

• CSO Certification is a must

• Minimum 3-4 years of previous experience as a Fitness Instructor is a must.

• Knowledge of Yoga and/or Pilates will be considered as an advantages

• Proficiency in English. Knowledge of any other language (i.e Russian and German) will be considered an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Outgoing and friendly personality

• Cleanliness and hygiene standards
