Job Description

Vassos Eliades Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Nespresso Sales Advisor to represent the Nespresso brand at the dedicated Nespresso Corner within a Trade Store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively promoting and selling Nespresso machines, products, promotions and offers, providing an exceptional customer experience, generating and managing sales prospects, and maintaining the Nespresso area to the required brand and visual merchandising standards.

The role combines sales, customer service, and visual merchandising with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent Nespresso customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the Nespresso Corner in a professional and friendly manner through a coffee tasting experience
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable Nespresso machines and related products.
• Present and explain Nespresso machine features, benefits, promotions and current offers.
• Demonstrate machines and products where appropriate.
• Proactively approach potential customers and create sales opportunities.
• Maintain the Nespresso Corner according to the required Nespresso brand standards.
• Use the company's online system to log actions accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of Greek and English.
• Pleasant personality and a strong team spirit.
