Overview

Urbanica Hospitality is seeking a dedicated, guest-oriented Part-Time Night Customer Service Officer to manage customer support across our portfolio of short-term rental properties. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact during night hours, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, smooth remote and on-site assistance, and overall property safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and handle guest inquiries across all short-term rental properties during night shifts.
• Manage late check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications via phone, messaging, and property management systems.
• Perform security checks and regular walks across property grounds to ensure guest safety and property security.
• Troubleshoot guest issues promptly with a focus on quick, practical problem-solving.
• Report damage, maintenance needs, or property upkeep issues immediately to management.
• Participate in company training sessions to stay updated on systems and service standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Greek or additional languages are a strong plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Positive, guest-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• High level of independence, reliability, and flexibility to work night shifts.
• Familiarity with property management systems or reservation software is an advantage.
• Candidates must currently reside in Cyprus and hold a valid legal permit to live and work in Cyprus; these are mandatory requirements, and those candidates will be given priority.
