Nomad Bread & Coffee is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated baker to join our team! As a sanctuary for sourdough lovers and coffee aficionados, we pride ourselves on our artisanal baking processes and commitment to quality. We are currently seeking a Night Shift Baker to help us continue to deliver exceptional bread to our community. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or eager to learn the art of sourdough, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all stages of sourdough bread preparation
Load and monitor ovens to ensure perfect bake every time
Participate in kitchen cleaning and maintenance to uphold our high standards of hygiene and safety
Work collaboratively with the night team to prepare bread for the coming day
We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about artisanal baking and eager to learn more about sourdough
Able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail
Comfortable working night shifts and being part of a team dedicated to excellence
Previous baking experience is preferred but not essential – a willingness to learn is key!
Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor
Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, with availability for weekends and holidays as needed
