Duties & Responsibilities
- The role supports smooth daily operations by managing reception, calls, and scheduling.
- Handling correspondence, documentation, CRM entries, and data accuracy
- Assisting agents with property listings, marketing materials, and compliance checks.
- Coordinating transactions with clients, developers, and lawyers.
- Organizing meetings, guest reception, and refreshments, ensuring office supplies, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.
- Maintaining basic bookkeeping and petty cash.
- Supporting onboarding and internal systems and upholding professional presentation across all activities.
Qualifications
- The position requires strong communication, native Greek and English
- Organizational skills
- Discretion, adaptability, and a helpful, team oriented approach
