Job Description

On behalf of our client, a Fashion Company specialized in Designing and Production of Sports wears with an office in Larnaca is seeking to employ  an Office Administrator to join our growing team in Cyprus. We are looking forward to Recruiting an Office Administrator who will support staff and manage office resources and ensure efficient office operations to help the company/organization achieve its goals.
Key Skills/Experience: 
1.    As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative and personal assistance to the CEO. 
2.    Excellent computer skills, and proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential, and fluency in both Greek and English is a must. 
3.    Schedule appointments, and carry out external errands when needed. Valid driving licence will be preferable but not a must .
4.    You should ideally hold an academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or another relevant field. 
5.    Strong organizational and communication skills.
6.    Honest and trustworthy individual.
7.    Responsible character with strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Working hours are from 09:00 – 17:00 every Monday – Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 
   Administrative Support
    •    Managing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
    •    Preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
    •    Maintaining filing systems and records.
    2.    Office Management
    •    Ordering and managing office supplies.
    •    Coordinating office maintenance and equipment.
    •    Ensuring the workplace is organized and efficient.
    3.    Scheduling and Coordination
    •    Arranging meetings and appointments.
    •    Managing calendars for the CEO or the team.
    •    Organizing travel arrangements when required.
    4.    Communication
    •    Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
    •    Communicating information between the team members.
    5.    Financial and Record Keeping
    •    Processing invoices and expenses.
    •    Maintaining budgets and petty cash records.
    •    Keeping accurate employee and company records.
